The motherboard is not the best choice, it lacks quality in the voltage regulation. Can you afford an MSI B450 Tomahawk?

Try to get the B450 Pro4 by Asrock instead of the Gigabyte model (although I have that same one in a 2200G build). Also, I would try to get a better PSU as well.

Well, I am 35 € over budget. 

 

I used the German pcpp site because more variety and way better pricing. Amazon and Co. Will ship to Belgium no problem I presume. 

 

You could save those 35 € if you go for 2x4 GB ram or just leave the cpu cooler away for now. The 2600 comes with a decent enough cooler but I would not oc to high on that one. Do you have a monitor or do you need one? Because a 2060 is pretty strong for a 1080p @60 Hz gaming experience.
