Vga is ok but hdmi is pixelated..

as the title says.. i have some troubles while using HDMI.. i recently switched on HDMI from VGA and i noticed that is waay too pixelated than on VGA, which is annoying me..  on VGA videos on 1080p looks fine while HDMI makes everything soo pixelated.. then i tried some csgo and i thought i was playing minecraft due to the pixelated image.. what can i do ?

What happens when you try to set the resolution manually?

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

What GPU and what TV - not all TV's are great at being monitors...especially TVs with a VGA hookup (seems quite a dated TV?  My dated TV has only HDMI hookups and its fairly old)
