its not hard but you may have an issue when it comes to them both being NVME (your board may not have 2 m.2 slots)

Easy. You can use Macrium reflect. It’s free, and as long as the drive your going to is larger or the same size, works without an issue.

It's unlikely the board you have has 2x m.2  NVME slots, so the easiest answer would be to buy a PCI-e NVME compatible card and do it that way.
