gta v max settings on a gtx 7602gb

would there be any reason why i am hitting 100+FPS on gta v with this set up? i am using all my vram on my card non overclocked. i do have a asrock z77 etreme4 and i have the the non-oc enabled so the cpus blck is overclocked @4.3ghz on all 8 cores.

isnt that frame rate a good thing? But all the blackened stuff are wrong, the CPU is multiplier-overclocked and on 8 threads, or 4 cores.

4core 8threads..and i dont know what you mean by "blackened"!
