Ram compatibility

Just a question. Is it possible to use 2x8 gb gskiltrident z ram at 3000 mhz with 2x8 gb gskilltrident z ram at 3200 mhz? my motherboard is the ROG STRIX Z370-G GAMING.

I’m guessing if they do work they run at the lower speed.

 

That was the case “back in the day”.

i5 8600 - RX580 - Fractal Nano S - 1080p 144Hz
