DSL-124 QoS Configuration

Hello, I've bought a new router Dlink DSL124 couple of days ago and I'd like to set up the IP QoS for my laptop for gaming, mostly Rainbow Six Siege. But I couldn't get understand the configuration page if anyone could help me prioritize my laptop or any idea's I'm all ears
