I have a motherboard with integrated graphics (intel hd). How can i upgrade it?

integrated graphics is built into the CPU, you cant change it. All you can do is add a dedicated graphics card.

Purchase a graphics card and use this for your display outputs.

Upgrade options are to by dedicated GPU or upgrade CPU to something with newer gen iGPU. If you have laptop, or older prebuild, you don't have good options.
