Mesh of tiny red dots on my IPS panel

Hi there, recently I buy an used monitor, and I didn't realize how used it was, a big mistake I'm paying now.

 

So today I perceive a serious of tiny, very tiny, red dots organized in a pattern, my guess is they are subpixels.

 

Is there anyway to fix this, I have pixel healer program.

 

I can't buy another monitor so I kinda f*****, I know.
