I am planning to build a PC and i will buy 2 parts each month.

First, I want to buy a Processor and Mobo

#1 : AMD Athlon II x2 280 and ASRock N68C-GS FX

Question #1 : Both are fit each other ? are they perfect ? Please suggest a perfect combo for the processor

#2 : AMD Athlon II x3 460 and Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2

Question #2 : Both are fit each other ? are they perfect ? Please suggest a perfect combo for the processor

Please answer those questions and What will be good Choice #1 or #2 ?

As difficult as it is, you would be far better off saving the money for two parts each month. Then in 4 - 5 months decide what parts to buy. Otherwise you may well end up buying the last piece and regretting the first ones you bought because there is now available something better and less expensive.

And you will wait and wait for next gens? Also price could go up in those 4-5 months... To the topic, both of those CPUs are pretty bad, can give us info about what are you going to do with the PC?

That is certainly not the impression I wished to give. Quite the opposite. Save up enough to buy the level of system one wants. Once that goal is achieved, spend the money acquiring the best system that money can buy.

If you need it now, get a Athlon X4 750K at least.

Also I would simply save my money until you have enough for everything. There is a new series of AMD APUs coming up called Caveri. An APU is a GPU and a CPU combined. Its not as powerful as a seperate GPU but AMD claims that you will be able to play BF4 on the new APU on medium to low settings with good frame rates.

Buy everything at the same time, don't buy parts separately.

Buying parts over time is a terrible idea because prices will drop and new things will come out. There is no reason to buy them at separate times, save up the money and buy them all at once.

I would recommend a Core 2 Duo/Quad with an overclocking motherboard over both of those options.

Core 2 Quad Q6600 only costs $40 on ebay

A decent P35/P45 motherboard will cost ~$50

Buying separate parts is not the best idea because you'll have parts lying around you won't be able to use until you get all of them. By the time you get everything, there will be better and cheaper options at the time you bought the last of the parts.

If none of that discourages you, consider this. If any of the components you buy are faulty in any way, you will likely not realize it until you assemble the system. By that time you will not be able to return anything to the store where it was bought. Not only that but some things will have a good portion of their warranty gone.
