for 1080P what is better to buy 2070 RTX or to buy RTX 2080?

I've had a whole bunch of 2080s and a whole bunch of 2080 Tis. There really hasn't been a worthwhile difference between them because they're all artificially limited. The only difference I've seen has come down to the A series binned chips. So just find a cheap 2080 Ti w/ a binned chip. You should be able to google the cards to see what chips are in them. My barebones 2080 Turbos has binned chips and I was able to flash a STRIX BIOS onto them and remove the artificial performance limits.
