Hi I just build a new computer everything was going well for 2 days. After the third day i started having the computer shutoff my monitors but continue to run. I heard audio in the background and my computer would not restart so i dont think the computer sees it as a crash. I also setup a minidump to see if windows would tell me anything but its says its all fin. I also ran tests on gpu, ram, cpu could not solve my problem. Monitors will not get a signal if i wait after event like the computer is running and on but not sending video to monitors. If i use VR games this event comes with in 10 min but if I just use the computer to watch movies event can take 4 hours. Please Help

Sounds like GPU is crashing. If you are overclocking it, go to stock speeds. Otherwise try uninstalling the drivers and get the newest drivers from AMD or Nvidia.

Is anything overclocked? are you running "auto" voltages?

Having trouble finding a video, but here's a good article on how to do it with ryzen master.

Another issue i've found with zen2, (at least for certain motherboards), is that if you have multiple temperature monitors, they sometimes compete to access the motherboard sensors and that can cause a hard lock.

For example, i have an asus x470-f, and AI Suite was interfering with MSI afterburner which caused hard locks on my system. I haven't had a hard lock since uninstalling AI Suite
