instaling processor without BIOS update

That is simply not true. There will be no dammage, you get no POST when you press the power button. At most you get an error code.

 

A look in the manual for the motherboard show that there is no update of BIOS without it starts with correct and supported CPU/RAM/GPU installed. Some motherboards support update via a special USB-port without CPU or anything else installed, this MB does not. There are no info about postcodes either in the manual, so there will be no readout that tells what error that causing it not to boot. Quite bad IMHO.... ?
