BF4 Problem

Ive been playing quite a bit of battlefield 4 and I noticed plenty of times after the patch on January 13th that when I die in a gun fight the player who killed me has a health of 0.

Anyone know why this is happening. Is it from this recent patch or has it happened for quite some time?

This can happen due to rounding if you do 99.5+ percent damage but not quite 100.

and when he dies, you get a kill assist of 100 points. Same like in bf3.

The 0 health glitch wasnt always there before this patch, the 1% was... everytime they fix a bug, an old/new one is introduced... how do they even keep their jobs...

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
