Today I installed i5 2320 into my mobo and my pc isnt working

Help!

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

When I boot up my fans start working and I dont see any light indicator that is under mu power up button but normally indicates a light

Ummm... If you ask questions and provite this few informations, i don't think you're qualified to swap a cpu.

What happens when you put your old CPU back in? Your motherboard might not support an i5

I put my old cpu and still doesnt work

The light indicator below my power up doesnt light up and I dont get anything on the monitor

This is a method I tried before when troubleshooting. Take everything out, besides the MOBO and CPU and then put everything in piece by piece. Ram, GPU, Storage etc... Narrow it down.

Potentially a PSU issue. Do you have a spare machine laying around?
