Is there any way I can manipulate my phone apps so that my mobile company thinks I am using a specific application when I am using another (same thing while tethering.) This is because they give unlimited data for social apps but other apps use my normal data.. and I want unlimited data for all apps. lol

It's technically possible, but it's difficult and against the CS to talk about it.

Depending on where you are it may be illegal so I just wouldn't do it. It's a load of effort for something that may not even work.

If you have like 500MB of data then I'd (partially) understand why you would do that, but if you have like 4GB there's no reason to go through the process.
