Drainage port

I was watching the singularity computers dark matter build. When I noticed his drainage port. Can someone tell me what fitting that is? The one that goes into the 240mm radiator. I haven't watched the video but I personally use a bitspower tap fitting as a drainage port (it's basically a valve). Other options include stuff like quick disconnects but I'm not too familiar with them.
