Cpu high temps when iddle

So I just noticed that when I leave my pc for few mins and come back cpu temps are about 50°C ,but when I move my mouse, temps goes back to 35-40°C.... What's bad with it? How to solve that?

Running any OC`s ? How is your fan curve configured ? Do you use any software for controlling cpu fans ? How is the usage when you go away ? Maybe some services running when you do nothing (updates, virus scans or whatever else)

No OC but how can I configure fan curves? Also no softwares...

You should have an option for that in your BIOS. What motherboard and CPU are you using

ever check the usage while idle to make sure you dont have something thats waititng for the machine to be idle so it can start working?

That motherboard supports tuning of the fan speed. The settings should be in your BIOS

I just opened task manager and left it...

So I found that every time I leave it, some softwares are running like windows antivirus and is it possible to turn it off? Also im using nzxt cam and it shows that my cpu cooler spins at about 1600 prm nearly max

You can see what service/application is causing what load so what is it.

Could be a trojan. Run malwarebytes like Constantin said.

 

I googled around a bit and read someone with the same symptoms. (high temps at idle, drops when active)

Apparently they needed to redo the thermal paste. Doesn't make sense to me.

It doesn't show but nzxt cam shows bigger CPU usage... It's just different from task manager
