OC 7700k on Z270h, can't get OC back

Hi.

I've had my 7700k OC'ed to 4.8 GHz for 1½ years, without any problems.

I wanted to OC my RAM aswell, and when i overdid it, i had to reset my BIOS.

And now, i can't remember my !"#!!"%! settings!

My 7700k gets very hot now, with minimal OC, i can barely get 4.6 GHz.

It hits 96 degrees while playing PUBG :/

I remember i fiddled with the BIOS alot when i OC'ed it 1½ years ago, but i can't remember what i did, to make it stabile.

If there was a place to get some help, it's here xD

Please, help me xD

EDIT:

Before someone tells me to delid, or to reapply thermal paste! This was working fine, before i had to reset the BIOS, so i can't see how suddenly the thermal conductivity can be broken by a reset of BIOS ;)

Turn off auto voltage, and try manual values. Up to 1.3V should get you to 4.8ghz i think on intel chips.

I only see your reply if you @ me.

Manuel voltage on everything? I don't know what to set it all to.

I've set the voltage for the CPU to manuel at 1.2V, and it still overheats.

like others have said disable auto voltage and you may want to start again from scratch.

I currently have my 7700k at 4.5Ghz @ 1.2V LLC 2 and it still get peaks of 70c but on average get 60-70c playing most games. (Air cooled)

for my current 4.6 GHz OC i started with loading defaults, and going from there.
I'll snap some photos of my current settings when i get home, this is driving me nuts.

Here are some pictures of my settings.

I changed the voltage for the cpu to 1.2 v, it wasn't running 4.6 GHz at 1.15 as i tried first.

I ran pubg fine for 2,5 hours. with these temps:
