How did my desktop got activated?

In my Microsoft account I activated in the past 2 Windows 10 Education license for my desktops, while having the Windows 10 Pro OEM license on my XPS 15, the fact is today I tried to remove from microsoft.com/devices every desktop PC and now my desktop seems activated by the XPS 15 OEM license, what's going on on there?
I though OEM licenses were not transferable

All licenses you connect with MS account become transferable. The one-key-one-device still remains. Meaning that laptop has lost activation until you login to MS account on that.
