2 USB 3.0 ports not working on motherboard rear IO

2 of my USB 3.0 ports on the rear IO of my motherboard don't seem to work. Mouse, keyboard, or flash drives don't work if plugged into either of these. I've tried reinstalling the Intel USB 3.0 drivers found on the mobo's site; and the USB 3.0 Controller is enabled in my BIOS. I'm certain I've had issues with these ports since I got the board years ago, but haven't done anything about it.

The two ports I'm specifically referring two, are the ones below the PS/2 port in the picture. I do know two of the USB 3.0 ports are Intel and the other two are Entron; however I don't know which is which.
