I'll only let my gpu go up to 70 degrees then the fan ramps up.

I let my computer run warm in preference for silence.

For an R4 with plugged vents I get really good thermals though. Processor undervolted and only clocked at 4ghz. CPU fans never go above 25% and gpu never goes above 50% speed.

Error: 410

As for a proper answer, you can get passive coolers for GPU/CPU/PSU. So absolute silence.

yeah, but you would need airflow in your case, so you need atleast onw intake fan anyway.

With a GTX 580, overclocked 8350 & a HAF 912 quiet was never an option for me.

Lucky that when I game and the get engine starts up I have my headphones on and then it is silent.

Unfortunately, the pc is in the lounge so the family have to turn the TV up.

Nothing to see here - move along.

There's middleway which means not so much OC but both lower noise and cooler temps. I've set mine so that with closed headphones and gaming I can't hear mainly GPU and with idle I can't be bothered by either.

You must love AMD. Oh wait, they have both high temperatures and high noise. *Ba dum ts*
