Use Windows built-in disk cleanup utility to clear it

 

nvnode.log is created by Nvidia's GeForce Experience

You can uninstall GeForce Experience and delete the file

Would be nice if that's how it worked. The cleanup utility doesn't touch the LiveKernelReport directory despite it being 2GB in size. Doesn't help that by default you don't even have permission to access the directory which makes you wonder if you're supposed to touch it to begin with.
