Okay so, I’m a complete noob when it comes to this. I need to rework this build. I would like to keep my CPU, GPU, RAM. The case, PSU, fans and MOBO need to be changed.Someone said something about the case being too big for the motherboard, idk I just want it to look *juicy*. So if someone could take time out of their lovely day to help me change this build and make it wet, I’d appreciate it a lot. Thanks!

The things I would upgrade would be the cpu and ram. Everything else in there looks fine for what you have.

The case is ATX but being "too big" isnt going to hurt it. Though I can't imagine those fans are too great.

EDIT: Your case is meant to fit that motherboard

I’m going to overclock the RAM and CPU, so I think it’ll be bad.

The VRM's on that motherboard don't have any heatsinks so yeah it would be a little rough overclocking.

As far as a mobo change goes, get something like an Asus Strix B450-F.

For the case, you could get a Fractal Design Meshify C (or similar).

For the PSU, get a 550W~ 80+ Gold.

For fans, get Noctua if you don't care about color (best fans); or get pretty much any name brand fan (Corsair, Thermaltake, etc) if you care about appearance.

Here's a ink with parts: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/L38rsZ

The case comes with some fans (refer to the product page to see size and placement: http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/cases/meshify/meshify-c) so you can get more and fill all the slots if you choose.

A larger case would actually benefit you if you are OCing your CPU. A larger case will have more space for airflow, helping with thermals.

But if you are OCing your CPU, I would also recommend that you upgrade your cooler. That Arctic one seems a little weak. A Cryorig H7 would be much better (pcpartpicker doesn't have pricing for it): https://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=cryorig+h7&N=-1&isNodeId=1

The Plus version is just dual fans. The Lumi version is RGB.

Edit: The standard H7 does come with an AM4 mounting bracket, if you choose one of the others make sure they come with the AM4 kit (you can get it separate if it does not).

I would shoot for the Ryzen 3 2200G rather than the Ryzen 1300 and then get a board with a BF50 chipset rather than B350. The Ryzen CPU's come with good coolers as is so I would ditch the custom one you included and put some more money into the power supply. The VS series are cheap and I wouldn't feel good about running a RX 570 on one. Shoot for a CS or CX series 500 watt. I also noticed you don't have any storage included. Is that intentional?

OP wanted to stay below $550. So I suggested a high quality case and CPU cooler. Motherboard shouldn't matter too much as long as he gets a B450 at least, and as long as the PSU is good that shouldn't matter either.

Oh I see.

Not the best analogy ever, but it might help you understand:
cores in a CPU is kind of like cylinders in a car engine.

a 4 core, 8 thread (2 threads per core) CPU would be like a V8 engine (2 cylinders per row). While a 4 core, 4 thread (1 thread per core) CPU would be like an Inline 4 engine (1 cylinder per row). And an OC would essentially be equivalent to turbochargers or superchargers in an engine, voltage would be intake/exhaust, and power consumption would be fuel economy/piston compression. Edit: an engine's RPM would be equivalent to a CPU's clock speed

I don't know a ton about cars, but I formulated this based on my limited knowledge
