Dual monitor setup for gaming and productivity

Hey guys, as I am moving to bigger space later this year, started thinking about making my setup more comfortable for my usage. Now I have ~12year old monitor/tv ( philips 220T ) , which is now not enough for my work ( graphic design ). So I am planning to have dual monitor setup. Thinking about one for work, and one for gaming as I will update my graphics later on. So maybe you can recommend me something. Thinking about to spend 150-200 euro per monitor. 
for work thinking about Dell UltraSharp U2415 and don't know bout gaming. refresh rate is priority in this  case i think,correct?
