I would keep some of that if you're planning to upgrade.

 

Keep the CPU, RAM and PSU and sell the rest individually

  3. Price accordingly
  4. Sell
  5. Profit

Pricing varies wildly from country to country, and even city to city. Asking what something is worth will only get you what other people see it's valued at, in their region.
