Wait until CES 2019 (which is in two weeks) to decide what CPU to get. AMD will be releasing Zen 2 chips which are rumoured to have up to 16 cores at 4.7GHz for $500.

 

What will you be using your PC for? Gaming, video editing, etc?

Id say to get a different case. Maybe one that comes with fans so that instead of spending like 500 on a case and then more fans. Look at cases on Newegg.com

Am I reading your case specs wrong? The inwin website specifies the supported fans are:

1 rear fan 120mm

3 top fan 120mm

3 bottom fan 120mm

 

You have a lot more fans than needed here. Unless your intention was to put 3 fans on your cooler radiator but that corsair cooler should be the RGB version if I remember correctly.

 

I would agree to wait on the CPU though. See what happens with upcoming releases and what AMD might be rolling out. Same with the graphics card as well tbh
