New sound card is causing buzzing in my headphones

I recently bought a sound card because my motherboards on board sound card has been causing me to get this odd buzzing in my headphones. (Sound card: Creative Audigy FX, Motherboard: MSI MPG Z390 GAMING EDGE AC) When I installed the sound card and downloaded the drivers, I still got buzzing. I have tried moving PCI and PCIE slots and the buzzing is still present. It's faint but it gets louder when I play games. I have tried uninstalling drivers, but that didn't help. I have also tried plugging other headphones and I still get the buzzing.  I use a HyperX cloud II as my headphones, and I don't use the included usb amp since it broke within 6 months. I've had these headphones since 2017. Any suggestions?
