The ASRock AB350M Pro4 is notorious for having problems such as the one you are experiencing. If you haven't already, I would suggest updating your BIOS to version 5.50 (2018/12/25), as skimming through your manual has to lead me to believe that there are no available BIOS options that could mediate this issue. If this doesn't help, I would suggest picking up another B350M motherboard if you are still within the return period for your hardware.
