Is it possible to add a Thunderbolt 3 Port to my MSI Z170A PC MATE?

Hello,

Im currently trying to add a Thunderbolt 3 Port to my PC, which has no T3 Port on it's own. So now my question after searching the web for some time: Is it possible to add a Thunderbolt 3 Port to my MSI Z170A PC MATE motherboaerd? Or are there other options to choose from, for example any adapters or do I even have to buy a different motherboard?

Where could I check if I have a header for thunderbolt connection? I really don't know how this could work. I found these thunderbolt expansion cards too, but I dont' know how I can check if it's possible to connect them to my motherboard?
