I dropped a screw in my case and it went into a hole that goes into the feet of the case. Does anyone know how I could remove the feet or if I should just block the hole with something so it doesnt come out? If so what should I use? It's unlikely that it would come out unless I tipped my case upside down but I just want to be safe. Thanks.

Any chance of sticking a magnetic screwdriver into the hole and fishing the screw out?

I know how you fee, I have a CoolerMaster Mastercase 5t and it doesn't have regular feet on it either, just some things that look like they were welded on at the factory but otherwise I love the case.  When putting my system together, the first thing I did was put a small piece of black electricians tape over any small holes around the bottom just in case I dropped a small screw and had to go hunt for it.  It's a losing battle that you can't win.  The holes are small and how the devil the screws go thru a small hole like that I'm still trying to figure out.  Stick with the tape idea, it's the best one out there.

Yeah I want to know who's idea it was to put small inacessable holes in the bottom of the case. Either way, I'll go for the tape and figure either way that I'd probably have to tip my case upside down to get it out.

When you do turn it upside down, make sure that either things like your drives are not in the case and other stuff like that.  Would really hate like hell to turn it upside down, give it a shake or two and then, BAM, something falls out and I don't mean that dang little screw.  I used the black electricians tape because everything else inside the case is black so if you're not looking for it, it is hard to see but you can use whatever color you want.  I have RGB in my case but I only use the red color and the black tape really doesn't show.

Do you recommend I try to turn my case upside down? I'll take out my harddrive like you said and I dont have my gpu installed yet.

Trying to fish that screw out with a magnetic screwdriver is like trying to pull your back wisdom tooth with a jackhammer.  Easier to turn the case upside down.  Just make sure things like your drives, GPU, CPU cooler and anything else that can come loose is pulled from the machine first.  Don't want to shake something loose and have it fall out when trying to get the dang screw out.  It's easier to take out something than it is to leave it in and then try to explain to someone that it fell out when you were shaking the machine.

I have a radiator and pump and everything is pretty locked down, as well as my GPU is not in the machine, so I'll start with just turning it upside down on a table

Good idea.  Good luck and hope you had a happy new year.  With the exception of the screw problem.
