Should I (non-ironically) wait for navi if the performance lives up to the hype?

I was about to jump on a rx 580 but I remembered that navi coming soon, so I am just looking for other people's thoughts on the situation.

i mean get whats good now and if its good for you than whats the issue. cause why wait and lose all that time if the cards is a flop and the nvidia cards change price again

I'm not sure they will announce them, but if they do I doubt they will be on the shelves this month. Still I'd wait at least a week to decide if I were you.
