Is ASUS Strix GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5 worth taking in this year ????

Now that new RTX 2060 variants are coming in a few weeks I would like to know if buying a GTX 1060 would be okay for normal gaming on medium to high settings. New RTX variants will be expensive and the rate of GTX 1060 will go down.   It's India, so it will be expensive...

So should I wait a little more and Buy RTX 2060 or GTX 1060 will be fine for at least 2 and 1/2 years max... 

Please Help me on this

I will never buy premium models of a mid range GPU from the start.

A cheap 1070 is as much as an expensive 1060, so if you can step up to a better GPU you should just do that. 

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Zotac GTX 1060 is worth 27000 INR and GTX 1070 is worth 40000 INR 

like really expensive...

I can't afford 1070 that is why I asked if 1060 was okay for a 3-year term by buying in this year 

or RTX 2060 which will be like 32000 INR (assumed price)

A plain basic one at that like the Asus Dual or EVGA single fan SC model, or maybe the RX 580 if that's cheaper.

That is a different case then so maybe worth considering if you like to overclock

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
