My first slot of ram is pretty snug with my Kraken Cooler. Is there any damage that could be done being so snug? I’m worried about the heat of the RAM vs the rubber of the tubes or potential damage from the ram not being fully straight.

Does it look find in the pictures? Anything to look out for?

You have your RAM in the wrong slots as it is. Pretty sure all motherboards should have RAM in Slots 2 and 4 for the first pair of ram.

I was told to put it into the 1st and 3rd by a user. I attached what the MB manual states about RAM. Is it suppose to be 1 and 3 or 2 and 4?

Put them in 2/4 as that is the preferred installation for Dual channel.

As far as I know, either is fine it's just that most people prefer the b2 a2 slots.

Based on your knowledge and the manual would it be ok to place it in the 2nd and 4th slots?

Yes. Slot 2/4 is the preferred method. Based on your manual, it says both are OK, but 2/4 will give you clearance from the AIO.

Also for dual channel do I have to enable it or it comes as it is?

its automatically enabled as long as you have the RAM sticks in the proper slots. its baked into the IMC on the CPU.

I would also say 2nd and 4th as it's the first layout listed.

And not every motherboard uses the same RAM slot combo.  There are different ways for a manufacturer to setup up the layout that will dictate how you want to install RAM.  Always check the manual and don't assume.

Yeah, it will be fine. Also, don't forget to enable the X.M.P profile so, they run at their advertised speeds.
