I just bought my first Nvidia card not too long ago and decided to try some overclocking on it today, but I have no idea what's good and what isn't and how to use Precision correctly. So far I have 1333 core and 8100 mem. I've been playing Tomb Raider for the passed 30 minutes or so without any artifacts or crashing.

Is this a decent overclock, and does it matter where I place the power target slider since the power% looks to be under 100% anyway. I start getting unstable around 1350 core clock, would dropping memory clock allow greater stability at higher core clock and will the slower memory clock versus higher core clock equal an increase in performance?

This is at 1080p.

All looks good, just run furmark or something and keep en eye on the temps, you might want to increase the voltage just a tiny bit depending on how it does.

Well, I tried to do that to see if that could make it stable at 1350, but the voltage box only allows +12mv and that doesn't seem to do anything since it still stays at 1200mv max regardless of what settings I put in there.

I know @TheSLSAMG has the same card, does it behave like this?

Okay, just leave it at that then and stress test it, then post the max temp

I'm not really too worried about the temps, but I don't have anything besides OCCT and games to stress, though I'd probably rather stress it with a game than synthetic.

Furmark has given me a pass so many times with unstable overclocks on my old GPUs.  <_<
