Looking for a coolant

I'm close to doing my first loop and don't know where to start looking when it comes to the coolant. 

 

I don't want an opaque coolant, but something an aqua-blue like colour, similar to the following:

That looks like a custom dye mix from my guess. Seems very close to Mayhems Ocean Blue coloring, you can use a base fluid like Mayhems X1 clear and add the dye to the desired depth of color.
