What is going on?!?

Ok so my 1 month newly built pc keeps killing itself.  It doesnt get a blue screen, but its as if someone flipped the switch on the psu.  but the mobo rbg is still on but everything else is off.   i just noticed that the mouse rbg lights up on clicks but to turn the pc back on i need to flip the psu off then back on.   when i look at the event history it just says "pc turned off unexpectantly". So i downloaded "Whocrashed" and it comes back empty.  Its not a heat issue as the pc can survive a 15 minute stress test and i got a screenshot of my Cam specs during a game.  unless its not enough wattage its  not a psu problem because i bought a second brand new one.

You on the latest bios? When did this start happening?

Yes im up to date on everything, all my drivers the bios, you name it.  it ironically started when i connected the 2 seagate SSHDs that i just decided to connect last week.   i originally had the asrock tachi ultimate mobo but the rbg on the fans wouldnt light up so i assumed it was a mobo problem so i bought the asus.   turns out i somehow got 6 faulty fans and it everything before other than the fans.  but i was waiting for black friday for the 2 seagates and the monitors and like i said i connected the monitors first and played around a bit before i connected the SSHDs for games and such.

youve swapped the psu but not the psu cables i assume? might have a faulty sata ribbon?

I just swapped all of the cables going to psu and it still kills itself.
