Hey, so here is my problem, I bought parts for my computer, a b360m ds3h from gigabyte, i3 8100, 2 ddr4 2x4GB VenganceLPX from corsair and a gtx 1060 that arrives later, the issue here is that I've plugged in the rest of the components to the case, all good and kinda beautiful and inserted a gtx 650 just to see if the system worked, and it did, but it doesn't give any screen at all :(,  I have a 350 PSU but i'm not really sure that's the issue, help please :(

I do believe the GTX650 required a minimum of 400W. Did you plug in the VGA power to the card?

shouldn't be the problem. 350 should be fine here. that second one sounds promising tho

Yep, i plugged all in the right way it was just a matter if it gave me screen or not, and i connected the RGB connector to the monitor and graphics card and as i saw it didn't work i plug it to the motherboard to see if anything changed but nothing

btw, any error/post codes?

You can check that by plugging the monitor to the motherboard's onboard video.

Already did, i even changed it to an HDMI port to see if any difference, but the same result, also when I turn it on if takes like a couple of tries to boot up, like it turns on then off for like a second then on again and continues to stay on, then when i try to turn it off it just turns on again

Oh I don't like that sound of that. You might wanna reseat your psu cables (24pin ATX and 4pin for CPU power). Last time that happened on one of my older setups and it ended with a dead processor. (Doesn't mean its the same for your case)

Then I guess you should test that 650 if you have another setup available. As @LukeSavenije meantioned earlier the power supply isn't that underpowered to not be able to provide enough power to start the system.

I do have another system, it's the one i changed for the current one, and it worked perfectly fine for almost 3 and a half years, the motherboard didn't have a 1551 socket for the i3 8100 so i bought the b360m ds3h so it could be compatible, here's the other motherboard, i don't think this has anything to do with the graphics card no working how it should but i'm not that much of an expert, sorry for the dirt on the motherboard :(

No i don't think so, how should it look like? Like the actual windows system and such or where the system, BIOS are?

bios or windows, doesn't matter. as long as you're actually booting up. would that work?

It does boot up, as i said, when i turn it on it boots up then it turns down a second then it works(i already did what @Mayushii told and reseated the cables, but it still does the same) and shows the BIOS  but then it just gets until there, it doesn't go to the windows system, it's my first time changing the motherboard so please be patient if i ask to many questions
