xbox one low bandwidth - helpz!

I've noticed this issue after having problem streaming in at least normal bit rates, but after running the built in speed test I started to cry out loud and hide in the corner of the room. I'm getting only 48 Mbps down and 1.48 one, that's about 1/4 of my internet speed (200/5), running speed test on every other devices gives me about 190/4.5.

The xbox is wired to Archer C9. I have ports 80, 3074, 53, 500, 3544 and 5400 opened to its port. I don't see any reason for it to have such low bandwidth, what am I missing?

Did you try removing the port forwarding? Also try another port on the router, just in case... and another cable. Other than that, can't say.. i get full bandwidth on mine, but that's just 64-71 down/19 up anyway.

Actually rather than removing the port forwarding, just set a different static ip address on the console to save headaches.

Changed cable and changed the IP address higher download (87) but only 1.2 download, it's not even close to my bandwidth and I'm 100% sure it's some setting problem I'm missing.
