I have a free sync 144hz monitor so keep that in mind.Which is better?

The 570 is infinitely better than the 1050Ti.

Depends on what game you are trying to play, if I were you I would save my pennies for at least a GTX 1060. The jump you get is huge. But as your name suggests, either or will you do fine. They are basically the same, depending on the games. If you really want to get a card now, then just research benchmarks with both cards on the games you play/ or want to play on. Whatever has a higher fps on the games you want to play would be your clear winner.

No, they are not basically the same. RX 570 has a lead in majority of games

 MIND my comment, as I thought it said "RX 560" But yeah RX 570 CLEAR winner.
