Low cinebench r15 scrore (i5 8600)

Hi!

I'm wondering why am I only getting about 780 pts in cinebench r15 test with my i5 8600, whereas its bench lists report at least 900 points for that cpu. The ram is at 2400mhz (dual channel ddr4), the mobo is asus rog b360-g. Everything connected with performance is set to 'auto' in a bios, though I've tried setting it to 'max performance' - no changes.

Could it be somehow connected with my current OS version? (win 8.1 64 bit)

Bump.

Looks like it doesn't increase its multiplier to max value, though it's set to "max performance" in bios settings.
