Hello everyone. I have the corsair h100iv2 water cooler, and the Silverstone rl06gp pc case.
With the watercooler i got 2×120mm fans with those specs:

Maximum Fan Speed: 2435 rpm
Noise Level: 37.7 dBA
Maximum Airflow: 70.69 CFM
Static pressure: 4.65 mm-H2O

On the rl06 case i got 4×120mm fans with the following specs:

Maximum Fan speed: 1400rpm
Maximum airflow: 53.24 CFM
Static Pressure: 0.91mmH2O
Noise Level: 26.6dBA

Should I do a push-pull configuration of 2 of the silverstone fans pushing through the rad and the corsair fans pulling? Or is it better to only do a push to the rad in front if the case with the corsair fans and put 2 of the rl06 fans at the top of the case as exhaust?

Take fan specs with a grain of salt. There's little to no regulation to how they're measured. Refer to the model names and look at reviews and benchmarks instead for comparisons when possible. In this case, they're Corsair SP120L's and Silverstone FN121's.

It'd be better to use the higher static pressure fans in push such as the SP120L's when using push / pull. Unless you're running very low rpm, using the FN121's as top exhaust would probably be better for cooling than in pull on the H100i v2.
