Ive never built a pc before and have 0 experience. The budget is $745. any help would be appreciated. Use is gaming and 3d modeling

Already have mouse, keyboard, etc. Just need the tower itself.

this is meh build prob not very good, but tried to get you some good stuff. a 650 W psu is prob over kill. 

 

prob best to invest in an SSD in the future

And the MSI isn't the best RX 580 for that price, and the only MSI I would get would get the MK2.
