Anyway to try Windows 8.1?

I want to try Windows 8.1 for a few days to see if I want to buy it.. I'm on windows 7 at the moment so no free upgrading from 8 or whatever.. If only you could just download an ISO from the Microsoft site like other versions of windows.. Any way?

Create a partition on your HDD or use a secondary storage unit. Install it there, try it out for (I think) 90 days. You can't upgrade from Enterprise to Pro, though, so you'll have to start all over again if you decide to install Windows 8.1 Pro or something.

Do I really need to install Akamai NetSession to download it?

I installed the downloader thing and I can find it nowhere on my pc... And it doesn't look like it is being used..
