What motherboard should I use for my build?

The specs will be 

I9 9980xe 18 core overclocked to as close to 5ghz as possible.

128gb of corsair 4000mhz ram (maybe slightly overclocked but I doubt it)

And I'm undecided on whether or not to get a 1080 ti or a 2080, but either way I will have 2 of them and they will be as OC'd as possible.

The cooling will include a dedicated water pump, and 32 fans. (Its a really big case)

 

My question. What would be a good motherboard to go with those parts?
