How to download steam games off your own network?

Hi I am new to the LTT forms and I feel like this was the best place to put this question but would any of you know how to do this as I would like to download my games on my other computers faster then what my internet has. As I have a spare storage server that I can fix up and download all my games on it and make that where I store my games but it needs a new psu.
