should I sell my old gpu

I am going to upgrade my gpu this week hopefully. but if i get my new one should I put my old one on a site like ebay?

Depends on what it is and if its worth it.

 

I for example have a 780 classi ,,if i upgraded i could porbably put it up for £150 with the waterblock, since thats what they tend to be on sale for currently, not that i think its a terribly good idea to buy one ..but still.

 

Would i do it though ...probably not, i simply cba to deal with putitng it up for sale, i would rather keep it as part of my PC electronics collection, purely for cosmetic use, since the classi cooler is rather nice for the 700 series IMO, i would just re attach it and put it on display.

 

Now if it were somthing newer, like a 980ti ..then yes i would becouse u can still get a good chunk of money for one of those.

i sold a 1070 SC on ebay for 325.

 

ebay charged me $25 for the sale, paypay charged me 5% for the transaction.

 

if you're gonna sell it, do it on a community for sale board.
