Best monitor settings for gaming ?

Good morning everyone ! I would like to ask a question. What do you all think are the best monitor settings for gaming: Gamma, brightness, sharpness, contrast, color temperature, etc.. I know it varies for everyone, because we all play in a different lighting enviroment, but i'm really curiuos to see what suits you the best, and maybe i will finnaly find something good for me too :) Thank you for you answers !

My monitor: Benq XL2420G 144Hz
