Hey guys,

I am new to the forum. I wanted to ask something. I saw a monitor on sale on one website where they are using linus's video and graphics to show features about the monitor, but looks to good to be true.

Can you guys find out if they are legit sponsors or fake scammers?

They literally ripped off massdrop's website directly, copy pasted just about everything there and formatted it to fit their website.

It's fake.

 

If it's too good to be true, 99.9% of the time, it is.

I thought that too. They need to be taken down. My friend would have fallen for it. Seeing Linus makes the website a bit trusting.

second time this week i saw someone ask about this website..

 

here's an unexpected protip: if you find a deal that's too good to be true, and it's covered with LTT footage turned into GIFs.. it's probably a scam.

Nope, it's just fantasy.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
