Buzzing sound only while gaming?

So I just now moved my PC into its new case, Thermaltake V21 and after a long night of moving all the components from my old case, While in a game my PC is making a buzzing noise? Its not coming from the headphones or monitor speakers, It is clearly coming from inside the case. I checked all the fans to make sure there is no wires rubbing on the blades. As soon as I alt+tab back to desktop it immediately stops. then as soon as i get back into a game with graphics and gameplay on screen, the buzz immediately comes back like a light switch. This is not a single game, I have tested multiple.

I have never had this issue before the new case and I am running the exact same components. It's almost like when the GPU is under load, thats whats causing the buzz? or could it be PSU or Mobo?

 I don't think it's a fan bearing. I takes time for the temps to rise and fans to spin up. 

Won't hurt to try though, you didn't mention what card you have but the fans should just pop off.

Won't hurt to try though, you didn't mention what card you have but the fans should just pop off.

It's MSI armor RX 580. I'll try the lubricant and see if it helps. I just don't understand how it can be coil whine since I was literally using the same parts 2 days ago and the first time I switch cases, now I have this buzz during gaming

Did the case come with a new PSU? Or did you move your old PSU over with the rest of the hardware?
