Rx 580 models

So there is a ton of different RX 580 8gb card to choose from. Im on a tight budget so I was wondering if this one: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/rKgzK8/powercolor-radeon-rx-580-8gb-video-card-axrx-580-8gbd5-3dhdv2oc

would be bad quality. I cant spend much more than 200$ on a GPU. Should I go with that one or a slightly more expensive 580? Links would be great thanks
